Object: processes functioning and development the managerial system by the means of risks protection commercial enterprise. Purpose: To development of theoretical and methodological approaches to formation of the managerial system by the means of risks protection and practical recommendations for it's functioning in trading enterprises of medium and large formats while using up-to date informational technologies. Methods: of induction and deduction, comparison and systematization, logic synthesis, analysis, synthesis and decomposition, statistics and expert analysis, complex analysis and prediction, questioning and methods of system analysis matrix, modeling theory. It is offered: The model management system by the means of risks protection; improved: methodological approaches to the means of risks protection commercial enterprise; scenario approach to implementing business processes commercial enterprise. Scope of usage: commercial enterprises.
