Dissertation is is devoted to revealing the effect of different types of scaling (ul-trasound and ultrasound directed action) on the processes of lipid peroxidation and cyto-kines in oral fluid patients with generalized periodontitis (GP) chronicity II severity. A morphological study of periodontal soft tissues in patients with GP after apply-ing various types of scaling in different periods of observation. A method of treating GP chronicity, which is the combined use of quercetin and glucosamine sulfate topically and orally. On the basis of clinical, radiological, laboratory parameters and morphological studies of soft tissue periodontal expediency use in drug therapy quercetin and glucosa-mine sulfate after scaling. Determined that the application of ultrasonic scaling directed action in combined with drug therapy (quercetin + glucosamine sulfate) promotes reduc-tion processes in soft tissues. The efficiency of the combined use of (local - during peri-odontal mouth guards and inside), quercetin and glucosamine sulfate.
