Investigated the problems of formation of innovative strategies in industrial enterprises and its effective implementation; developed a model of innovation strategy depending on the level of innovation potential (IP) and innovation activity (IA); supplemented a system of business strategies by "strategy of innovation and technological leadership"; developed a system of indicators of IP and IA and adapted for companies with environmentally hazardous industries; established methodological approach for the comprehensive assessment of the innovation strategy based on key performance indicators; created a model between the functional unit for the management and monitoring of innovative enterprise.
