This thesis grounded theoretical conditions and proposed scientific and methodical approaches to anti-crisis interaction of industrial enterprises with national finance and credit system. The developed conceptual and methodological approach to the formation of anti-crisis mechanism of interaction of industrial enterprises with the finance and credit system permitted to examine the action of such mechanism using tools proposed by the author and to get calculated confirmation of its effectiveness. In order to adapt and harmonize the conceptual and methodological approach to the formation of such a mechanism, the author developed practical guidelines for its formation.
