Bokan' A. Formation and development of diversification of industrial enterprises

Theoretical and methodological approaches to improve the management mechanism of formation and development of diversification of industrial enterprises by the example of economic subjects of mechanical engineering industry are proved in the thesis. It is formulated and proved that concept of diversification of production is the one of the strategic directions of development of industrial enterprises in market conditions. The methodical approach to evaluating modern scientific approaches to the definition of investment attractiveness of diversification of economic entities of industry was developed. The organizational approach to the development of industrial diversification is developed. Conditions for the formation and resolution of problems diversification of machine-building enterprises are generalized. Financial and economic condition of enterprises in the diversification was evaluated. The features of the directions of diversification of economic entities of mechanic engineering were determined. It is developed the mechanism for strategic planning and diversification and its model, the introduction of which ensures obtaining a synergistic effect. The main results of the dissertation are used in three machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
