Object of research - processes of preparing, forming and acceptance of optimum decisions during assessment of development and investment attractiveness of regional and industrial social and economic systems; aim - elaboration of methods, mathematical models, algorithms, software that assess level of development and investment attractiveness of system taking into consideration a lot of factors including natural and climatic ones for raising validity of acceptance of decisions on development of regional and industrial social and economic systems; methods - general theory of systems, computing, formalization and transformation of information, management theory, mathematical programming, apparatuses of theory of probability, illegible multitudes; novelty - it was worked out method of assessment of state of regional and industrial social and economic systems, which is in contrast to existent is based on additional calculation of indices of natural and climatic character; it was defined and grounded number of indices characterize natural and climatic index of regional and industrial social and economic systems; it was examined and exposed necessary conditions of development of regional and industrial social and economic systems as complicated ones; it was worked out informational technologies of assessment of steadiness of development and investment attractiveness of regions; it was inculcated in OAO "Khersongas" and in educational process of Kherson National Technical University of town Kherson; sphere of application - working out of strategies of development of regions, acceptance of management decisions in choice of strategies of development of regions.
