Dissertation research is sanctified to the study of problem of responsibility of the state before a person for the illegal actions of organs of pre-trial investigation, office of public prosecutor and court. In-process examined socially is legal nature of responsibility of the state before a person, becoming of normative and scientific model of institute of responsibility of the state before a person in an occident, and also the state is investigated as a subject of responsibility before a person in the criminal rule-making. Suggestions are in addition, expounded in relation to concrete changes to the current legislation of Ukraine.
