Bisyuk E. Separate opinion of a judge in criminal proceedings of Ukraine.

In the dissertation the author improved the definition of "separate opinion of a judge, a juror"; basing on the analysis of historical development of the institution of separate opinion of a judge and its main models, international experience, determined complete openness (publicity) of separate opinion of judge or juror is the optimal model of implementation for criminal justice in Ukraine; has expounded the ratio of properties of the verdict and the separate opinion of a judge; identified the of stating of the separate opinion; determined the conditions of stating by the judge of his separate opinion, its features, form, structure and content, the subject of the separate opinion of a judge; proposed means of legal realization of the separate opinion of a judge; substantiated the importance of the institute of the separate opinion of a judge; made proposals to the criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine on improvement of legal regulation of separate opinion of a judge and its implementation.
