The thesis deals with the scientific argumentation and development of theoretical and methodical as well as organizational principles and practical recommendations to provide an effective functioning of fuel and energy market as the basis of regions enterprises steady development. The main idea of energy saving and energy efficiency as well as methodical approaches of enterprise energy effectiveness are presented. It is consideren the theoretical and methodical principles of formation and using of fuel and energy recourses of enterprises in particular region and their influence on the effectiveness of agricultural produc-ers'functioning.
