Essay

Proceeding from the results of pathomorphological, immunohistochemical analysis and computer morphometry it has been detected that complex atypical hyperplasia of endometrium is characterized by higher level of bcl-2, р21WAF1 and caspase-3 expression than simple atypical hyperplasia, but levels of estrogen receptors, progesteron receptors and Ki-67 expression are the same. It was proved the cross-correlation expressed direct connection of level of expression of estrogen and progesteron receptors by the cages of glandular-fibrotic polypus and base-line endometrium, and also a moderate line cross-correlation connection between expression of Ki-67. Non invasive adenocarcinoma of endometrium differs from complex atypical hyperplasia with the higher level of p53, р21WAF1 and caspase-3 expression, and positive expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1. It was detected that invasive adenocarcinoma differs from non invasive adenocarcinoma of endometrium by higher level of estrogen receptors, р53 and caspase-3 expression and level of bcl-2 was lower. In the zones of invasion of adenocarcinoma it was found high and moderate level expression of VEGF, the biggest quantity of CD34-positive microvessels and the highest expression of ММР-9 in tumors epithelial and stromal cells. The cross-correlation expressed direct connection of level of expression of ММР-9 and area of CD34-positive microvessels was proved.
