Object of research - designed, reconstructed and operated civil buildings, goal - design methodology for quantifying performance of buildings, which are determined by the parameters of enclosing structures, methods - general methods of theoretical and empirical research: experiment, simulation and analysis, the application of numerical modeling as well as methods techno-economic evaluation of the design decisions, results - to explore the operational condition of the buildings, using standard series methodology for quantifying performance of buildings, taking into account the actual parameters of the outer envelope, novelty - methodology quantifying performance of buildings, which takes into account the actual parameters of the enclosing parts by criteria operational condition of the buildings - the light and thermal regimes premises; developed a method to optimize the parameters of enclosing structures using a differentiated approach to increase the performance of buildings; implementation - the results of the work are used in the preparation of DBN B.2.6-33: 2008 and DSTU B-34 B.2.6 : 2008, in the practice of appraisal organizations in the learning process.
