Essay

Object of research -metal composite I-beams; goal -rising of cracking resistance of metal constructures by "conservation" cracks; methods - numerical calculation using the software complex "SCAD office", experimental investigations; results - develop methods to ensure complete improve the fatigue strength of various elements of metal costructures, working in long-term cyclic loading. Experimental and theoretical investigation of small-sized samples indicate that the enhancement of high modulus material efficiently as 3mm thick samples and the samples with thickness of 5-8-10mm; novelty - for the first time tested composite metal beams 3000mm long with artificial cracks, reinforced carbon fiber under the action of cyclic loads, improved and developed computational model of cracks in the numerical calculation under complex stress - strain state, the first experimental studies of samples of different thickness of metal with an artificial crack under the cyclic load numerical calculation was made of metal samples with different nominal voltage as possible to establish the nature of the changes the coefficient of stress intensity near the tops of artificial cracks in its "conservation"; implementation - the results of work were implemented in the conditions of a pilot-industrial production; in the study process
