Dissertation work is devoted the sanctified to research of tax legal relationships and judicial problems of their defence in the administrative courts of Ukraine of different instances, the analysis of the рrocedure of consideration for cases arising from tax jural relationships in the administrative courts of Ukraine of different instances, to development of basic ways of improvement of the legal providing of defence of tax legal relationships in the administrative courts of Ukraine.The main attention in work is to research of order of realization of defence of tax legal relationships in the administrative courts of Ukraine of the first, appellate and cassation instance.
