Diachenko E. Formation and development of medical insurance system in Ukraine

The dissertation is dedicated to the vital question of forming and development of system medical insurance. The value, principles and medical insurance functions are proved in this context. The definition "medical insurance" is defined more accurately and the meaning of forming the system of the effective working potential employee's reproduction is reflected. The development of medical insurance system in Ukraine and other foreign countries is investigated. The recommendations concerning system medical insurance are submitted in the dissertation. The model of compulsory medical insurance functioning and the mechanism of willing medical insurance in Ukraine are worked out.
