Essay

The thesis is devoted to increasing the efficiency of the process of the improving the quality of information educational resources of learning systems by automating of the monitoring and information supports for the decision-making. The complex criterion of quality is improved, the information model of the structure of the knowledge base of the decision support system is developed, the information technology of the monitoring of the quality of the educational resources that is based on the decision support system is proposed. The method for the automatically searching for the information function failures was further developed.
