Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the actual psychological and pedagogical problem of ascertaining the nature of individual style as a psychological phenomenon.Determining of its development and possibilities of its formation in the mentally retarded children in the workplace training to improve the effectivness of their performance. The thesis defines the general characteristics and individual-typological characteristics of mentally retarded children in order to reflect them in the pedagogical process of auxilliary school and detect conditions of formation of individual style. The possibility of formation of the mentally retarded younger pupils individual style of performance and efficiency of labor problems in the special organization of labor studies at secondary school and using a specially developed system of training are proved.
