The thesis is devoted to the solution of the theoretical, methodological and organizational problems of the intellectual property use at the Food Industry enterprises. The economic meaning of the basic phenomena such intellectual property, intellectual property management, the classification of the intellectual property objects is widened, the mechanism of the intellectual property management is perfected. The algorithm for the evaluation of intellectual property estimation; the methodical approach to the estimation of the increase value for the risk of the intellectual property use is worked out. The methodical approach to the royalties definition and the relative proportion of the intellectual property legal owner as for additional profit because of the Food industry products realization are improved.
