Theoretical and methodical principles of acceptance and realization of strategic decisions are considered in dissertation work. The features of strategic decisions making by machinery companies are revealed. The conceptual constituents of economic-organizing mechanism of strategic decisions making are determined. The model of diagnostics of economic-organizing mechanism of strategic decisions making is offered. The criteria of vulnerability of strategic decisions making by enterprises are determined. The process of modeling of economic-organizing mechanism of strategic decisions making is improved by means of application of the system of differential equalizations.
