The object are compacted by rolling overburden little cohesive soils; the aims is establish the relationship between the physical and mechanical properties of compacted overburden sand bags with the influence of rolling parameters; the methods are classic and non-linear soil mechanics, determining the optimal parameters to soils compaction, laboratory and field tests of soils, methods of mathematical statistic, finite elements methods; the new approach lies in establishing of the relationship between the mechanical characteristics of compacted overburden sands and its physical properties bags with the influence of rolling parameters; the main it is included the recommendations to codes, proved the economic and technical expediency of using of overburden sands for erection artificial bases, got economical effect, improved the methodology of geotechnical controlling of compaction quality; the field is construction.
