Cherevach O. Jurisdiktsion activity of administrative service of militia in counteraction to violence in a family

The dissertation is devoted theoretical and practical questions of activity of administrative service of militia concerning the violence prevention in a family. The considerable attention is given an establishment of essence of violence in a family and a role of law-enforcement bodies as a whole, and administrative service, in particular, in its prevention and the termination. Legal regulation of activity of administrative service of militia is analysed and the maintenance jurisdiktsion powers of the specified division concerning counteraction to violence in a family is defined. Feature of disposal of legal proceeding about the administrative offences connected with violence in a family is investigated.
