Dissertation is sanctified to the decision of scientific and applied problem of ground of economic efficiency of investment activity of oil and gas enterprises in the conditions of concession. The evolution of scientific looks is generalized to the concept "investments" and "concession", and also divergences are certain between similar on economic maintenance concepts, such as a "commercial concession", "франчайзинг", "distributive agreement", "long lease" and others like that. Methodical features are set in relation to application of cobbed-continuous and step mathematical functions for the ground of values of money streams and separate economic indicators. The model of life cycle of concession project, that is grounded by економіко-математичними expressions with the use of index "economic acceleration" is offered. Methodical approach is first worked out, in relation to the evaluation of efficiency of investment activity of oil and gas enterprise form on principles of concession, that is based on the design of life cycle of concession project and to the calculation of his efficiency with the use of "moments of cost".
