Ralko O. Organizational development of enterprises and criteria of its effectiveness

Thesis deals with the theoretical, methodological and practical issues of organizational development and criteria for its effectiveness for enterprises of bakery industry. Author researches the concept of organizational development. Author researches modern state of bread and bakery products of Ukraine, Kyiv and Kyiv region, organizational development of enterprises of baking industry in Kyiv and Kyiv region. Author develops methodical approach to determine effectiveness of organizational development of enterprises through quality assessment of organizational development enterprise by indicators of organizational development. Thesis contains approach to determine the intensity of organizational development, on basis of which determines stages of the life cycle of an enterprise, investigated the relationship between the intensity of organizational development and growth generally accepted criteria of economic efficiency. Author determines trends of increasing of effectiveness of organizational development and ensures its effectiveness in the business bakery industry.
