In dissertation the essence of theoretical-methodical bases and practical recommendations in relation to forming and market development of products of the cattle breeding opens up. On the basis of the conducted researches the recommendations and indicated ways of exit are developed from a crisis situation, basic directions of forming of market of products of the cattle breeding are definite. The basic results of complex study of the state of forming of market of products of the cattle breeding in AR of Crimea are given. Estimation of solvent demand and explored tendencies of consumption of products of the cattle breeding is done.
