In dissertation the essence of theoretical-methodical bases and practical recommendations in relation to forming of economic machineries of rise of economic efficiency of functioning of market of corn opens up. Corn market development of Ukraine is analysed, the basic results of study of the state of rise of economic efficiency of functioning of market of corn of Ukraine and in AR of Crimea are given. On the basis of the conducted research grounded dynamic model of partial equilibrium of corn market.
