Essay

The essence of material and technical base has been shown. It has been determined that this base has modern specific manifestations of operation based on socio-political and socio-economic changes taking place in the state and in the agricultural sector. In order to asses the economic efficiency of the material and technical base it has been proposed to use the system of indices which include social and ecological component. The modern position of the material and technical base development of agrarian enterprises and economic efficiency of its operation has been investigated.
