Essay

The thesis deals with the theoretical and methodological basis of the information supply in management system and practical recommendations aimed at improving the efficiency of region food industry have been developed. The current state and the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in food industry in the regions of Ukraine have been determined and analyzed, the main problems, preventing from effective implementation and its development have been found. The advanced model of information management has been proposed, which allows optimizing the cost of passing management information according to its relevance and compliance to management functions. The methodology for evaluating the effective use of information and communication technologies has been developed. The functional model of information supply in management of food industry based on maximum use of modern ICT has been submitted.
