Monographic research work deals with the problems of using preventive measures gathered by the third party. Conceptual points of the work include working out theoretical positions of criminal introduction and practice of using preventive measures with the participation of the third party. Basing on the analysis of scientific opinions the plot, notion and place of the measures procedural enforcement in the system of criminal introducing are examined, practical recommendation towards the using legal and procedural guarantees of measures of criminal enforcement for the person committed the crime are offered.
