Balla I. Extension Service in Development of Lease Land Relations in Agricultural Enterprises

Dissertation work is devoted theoretical researches of bases of deliberative activity in development of the leasing landed relations of agricultural enterprises. The features of application of deliberative activity and methodical approaches are considered in the deliberative providing in development of the leasing landed relations. Technologies of deliberative activity and types of deliberative service are in-process investigational in forming and development of the leasing landed relations of agricultural enterprises. The analysis of the state and progress of the leasings landed relations trend is carried out in the Khmel'nickiy area and certainly rezul'tativinst' application of deliberative activity in the field of the leasings landed relations. Methodical approaches are offered in relation to the improvement of deliberative activity in development of the leasings landed relations on the basis of application of informatively-analytical model of local market of lease of earch which will enable substantially to promote effectiveness of activity of deliberative service due to creation of base of these potential leaseholders and lessors.
