Kosov V. Subjects of judicial control production at pre-trial stages of criminal process.

The dissertation is the first research that deals with the research of subjects of judicial control production at pre-trial stages of criminal process. There was substantiated the existence of the juridical control production in criminal judicial procedure at pre-trial stages (in the pre-trial production). There were examined separate subjects of judicial control production at pre-trial stages of criminal process, there was maintained their classification. There were developed the theoretical groundings of the criminal procedure status of subjects of judicial control production and the full powers of subjects of judicial control production at pre-trial stages of criminal process are characterized. There were put forward proposals and recommendations dealing with the improvement of criminal procedure legislation, practice of its application concerning questions of judicial control activity at pre-trial stages of criminal process.
