Melnychuk L. Mechanisms for reduction of energy consumption by energy-supply and agriproduct-processing enterprises

Also developed in this thesis are the method and mathematical-economic models for assessment of economical efficiency of measures aimed at energy consumption reduction, which are based on consumption distribution between consumers and allow increasing the efficiency of introduction of innovational-technological and organizational-managerial solutions. Proposed is the system for incentive regulation of active energy consumption, which system is being implemented on the basis of differential tariffs that allow for the energy consumption increase within consumer electrical grids during peak-load hours. Improved is the system for supporting the enterprises in their reactive power compensation aimed at energy loss reduction within EC grids. Also improved is the system for energy consumption accounting and control, as well as the method for energy loss rationing according to the applicable energy intensity standards.
