Cherkasova A. Joint-stock company capital management

The thesis deals with the theoretical principles of capital management and the definition of its features in joint stock companies of mining industry. The essence of capital management has been discovered, the parts and stages of its realization have been determined and the specific functions of the control system at each stage of circulation of capital in the company have been investigated. A set of goals and objectives of capital management has been formulated, their coordination and specification have been conducted and a system of criteria for achieving them has been developed. The main trends of formation and efficiency index of using capital by domestic entities of different economic fields in particular mining companies of Dnipropetrovsk region have been defined. Directions to improve joint-stock company capital management based on using econometric modeling to identify relationship between efficiency indexes of capital management have been suggested.
