Оbject - waterproofing coating of cement-based high fracture toughness; purpose - development of composition of a dry build mixture on the basis of astringent for a receipt waterproofing cement-based high fracture toughness; methods - physico-mechanical, physico-chemical, electronicmicroscopic researches of properties, comparison and analysis of results of researches; novelty - it is set that due to growth on the spot of fiberglass of crystalline isotropic micro-reinforcement self-packing and structure of cement stone is provided, dependences of strength descriptions are got on a kind, maintenance and amount of micronized filler; results - dependence of hydro physical and electrosuperficial properties of the micronized mineral additions of calcspar set and fiberglass, electrosuperficial potential of fiberglass is expected w=-0,742V, developed picture of mechanism of compression of cement stone by the synthesis of crystalline with the positive sign of electro-superficial potential on the spot fiberglass, it is expected and it is experimentally confirmed that complex chemical addition, instrumental in the synthesis of addi-tional crystalline with positive electro-superficial potential; sphere of the use- planning, building and reconstruction of dwellings and industrial buildings and buildings.
