Savchenko Y. Peculiarities of cardio-respiratory disorders and energy homeostasis in organized population at persons with arterial hypertension, obesity and dyslipidemia.

Dissertation is devoted to optimization of cardio-respiratory disorders diagnostics in patients with arterial hypertension (AH), obesity and dyslipidemia. 471 persons of organized population were examined. 90 patients with АН, obesity, and dyslipidemia 48,32±0.88 years old were selected. It was found that 54,4 % persons with arterial hypertension, obesity and dyslipidemia have respiratory disorders, in 45,5 % of which moderate, in 35,6 % by restrictive. At 16,6% of examined persons decline of oxygenation index was observed. Disturbances of external respiration function were depended on quantity of metabolic syndrome criteria and degree of obesity of the examined persons. Diminished concentrations of ADT on the background of increased ADM and ADD levels, and individual increasing of lactatе and piruvatе in malatе decreasing were detected that suggest energy metabolism suppression and hypoxia presence in examined persons. The changes of pulmonary hemodynamics were observed at 56,7% persons of general group that suggest initial pressure elevation in pulmonary circulation, and right ventricle dilation was observed in normal systolic function and presence of diastolic dysfunction.
