Essay

Dissertation is devoted to optimization of the diagnostics and prognosis of activation of immune inflammation and structural functional myocardial disorders course in hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus on the basis of studying oncostatin M, interleukin 6 plasma levels, parameters of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism in conjunction with myocardial remodeling of the left ventricle in hypertensive patients with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes mellitus. Hypertensive patients were characterized by increased oncostatin M and interleukin 6 activity. In hypertensive patients with prediabetes and hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus decrease oncostatin M and interleukin 6 activity were detected. It was detected that concentric hypertrophy the left ventricle is the most common type of remodeling for hypertensive patients with carbohydrate metabolism abnormalities. concentric remodeling of the left ventricle. Concentric remodeling of the left ventricle is the most common type of remodeling for hypertensive patients without carbohydrate metabolism abnormalities. Pathogenetic influence of oncostatin M on the development of disorders structural functional myocardial of the left ventricular is determined in hypertensive patients. Hypertensive patients with prediabetes are characterized the most dense relations between deterioration of carbohydrate metabolism and the development of structural and functional reorganization of myocardium of the left ventricle, effect of level oncostatin M on parameters of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism, as well as the structural and functional state of the left ventricle is observed in this group of patients.
