Dissertation is devoted to the investigation of theoretically-metodological basis of material stimulation of ecologically-economical activity of machine-building enterprise workers. The theoretical bases of definition of structure, conditions and means of influence on formation of corporative mechanism of material stimulation are opened. The essence of definitions of ecologically-economical activity and its material stimulations is formulated.
