Thesis deals with the impact of social structure on talent professional image I cadets Internal Troops of Ukraine. The paper clarifies the concept of "social talent" cadets MIA. Theoretically and experimentally proved that one of the main indicators of professional trainees MIA is the social endowment. Social exceptional talent is the ability to establish a mature, constructive relationships with others. There are the following elements of social giftedness as social perception, prosotsyalna behavior, moral judgment, organizational skills, etc. Social talent is a prerequisite for high performance in several areas. It involves a combination of the ability to understand, to love, to empathize, to get along with others, and so on. Thus, the concept of social giftedness covers a wide area of manifestations associated with ease and installs high quality interpersonal relationships. Analyzed the psychological manifestations of social giftedness: constructive and destructive. Determined that constructive personal social aptitude cadets Internal Troops of Ukraine is a means of expressing meaningful professional socialization of students. The basic mechanism of constructive ideas about social endowment is a specific allocation of professional traits cadets Interior Troops and their corresponding reflexive evaluation.
