Essay

In the dissertation the data of complex clinical-tool and biochemical examination of 110 patients with ischemic heart disease in a combination with a metabolic syndrome is generalised. The incensement of anthropometric indices, prevalence of abdominal obesity type, rising of the chronic system inflammation level, expressed insulin-resistance and disturbance of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism is established. The pathogenetic expediency, clinical efficiency and safety of pioglitazone application against the background of standard antianginal therapy is proved. Improvement of a patients subjective state, arterial pressure normalisation, improvement of anthropometric and electrocardiographic indices, restoration of metabolic indices of lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, insulin-resistance and a system inflammation at patients with an ischemic heart disease in a combination with a metabolic syndrome is noted.
