Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to improving the quality of treatment of patients with pathology of periodontal tissues, namely CGP I and II degree in acute stage. The study of the microbial content of periodontal pockets in patients with CGP I and II degree in the acute stage showed that the presence of all five pathogens we have defined in the study population is not required. Developed and tested a method of complex treatment of patients with CGP I and II degree based on immunological and molecular biological studies. A comparative evaluation of clinical efficiency combination of ciprofloxacin and ornidazole on the results of PCR, indicators of hygiene index according to Fedorov, Volodkina, Schiller - Pisarev Svrakova iodine value, the depth of periodontal pockets, the degree of bleeding, the degree of mobility of the teeth, periodontal index for Russel, on PMA Parma, which testifies to a decrease of the inflammatory process and the achievement of sustained remission at 6 and 12 months. Analysis of data from laboratory and clinical studies have proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method for the treatment of CGP I and II degrees in acute drug combinations of ciprofloxacin and ornidazole in comparison with the treatment of lincomycin hydrochloride. The analysis of short-and long-term outcomes of patients with CGP I and II degree in the acute stage showed high clinical effectiveness of the proposed method in clinical dentistry.
