The dissertation is devoted to complex research of legal regulation of realization of a constitutional law on work in Ukraine by a way of an execution of an employment agreement. The concept of a constitutional law on work and forms of its realization in Ukraine is thus defined. The special attention is given to clarification of ways to an execution of an employment agreement. The detailed analysis of process of emergence of the relations of wage labor on the basis of the act of appointment to the post, competitive selection, elections, the judgment is carried out.
