Tsalko Y. The financial support of private higher education institutions in Ukraine.

The dissertation specified theoretical approaches to determining the essence of the financial providing of private higher educational institutions, revealed its principles, the classification of sources of financial resources and a list of paid services of private higher educational institutions was made. The necessity of improving the functional organization of the mechanism of financial providing private higher educational institutions from the perspective of the use and adaptation of foreign experience was grounded. The basic sources and methods of financing the activities of private higher educational institutions, the modern situation financial providing for private higher education sector in Ukraine was analyzed, the key factors influencing the volume of receipts of private higher educational institutions were determined. The ways of optimizing the formation and growth efficiency of financial resources of private higher educational institutions in Ukraine were determined. The system of calculating the socio-economic cost-effectiveness of private higher educational institutions and establish the optimal tuition fees were proposed. Attention is focused on the specifics of the internal financial control in private higher educational institutions.
