A research object is the processes that occur in the area of housing investment, focused on improving the use of financial resources. Purposeof the work is the complex scientific and practical solution to the problem of improving the efficiency of internal investment by improving organizational and economic mechanism of use of investment resources construction enterprises. The author used methods of classification and systematization of structural analysis and synthesis, comparative and statistical analysis, mathematical modeling and expert assessment method. The theoretical value is of theoretical positions on the merits of the conceptual apparatus in investment activities, which are specified in the definition - "internal investment" and shaping the organizational and economic mechanism more efficient use of investment resources construction enterprises, as well as in introducing a generalized methodology for analyzing the effectiveness of internal investments based parameterization method interval defining the basic parameters of the project, taking into account the specific industry and according to the financial capacity of the company. Scientific novelty is to develop recommendations and proposals for implementation of organizational-economic mechanism of improving the investment performance of construction enterprises. The subject of study is the organizational and economic mechanisms to improve the investment performance of construction companies. Recommendations labels used in the formation of internal investment resources for housing and the economic calculations in the analysis of the effectiveness of the investment project. The scope of use recommendations are domestic enterprise of construction industry, financial institutions and universities.
