This thesis provides the theoretical generalization, as well as the new solution of the scientific problem in immunology and allergology as to the definition of genetic determination by atopic dermatitis through the investigation of the role of Toll-like receptors of innate immunity (according to polymorphisms 2258G/A of TLR2 gene (rs5743708), 896A/G and 1196C/T of TLR4 gene (rs4986790 and rs4986791, respectively) in the pathogenesis and analysis of the relationships between the characteristics of patients' genotypes, immune status indicators and clinical course of the disease.
