The complex analyzing principle of providing of equality rights for workers is conducted in dissertation. The legal phenomenon of equality of rights for workers as principle of labor right is examined. Specified and perfected determination principle of providing equality rights for workers and the place of the indicated principle is characterized in the system of other principles of labor right. The comparative-legal analysis of the normative-legal providing of equality rights for workers is conducted in Ukraine, foreign countries and on the international level. Basic law international acts, which contain norms about providing equality of rights for workers and, as a result, prohibition of any forms discrimination, are characterized.
