Essay

The thesis is devoted to the determination of right for a judicial protection of labour rights, belonging to the subjects of labour relations, definition of the place which judicial protection takes in the system of forms of labour rights protection. There were analyzed the issues concerning procedure of judicial protection of labour rights while individual labour disputes. The author defined the role of court in settling collective labour disputes subject to compliance with the current legislation. There was determined the notion, mechanism of appliance and types of principles of labour rights judicial protection.
