Zhuravel V. Legal Regulation of Cooperation between Employers and Employees' Organizations as the Subjects of Labour Law of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of current theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of cooperation between employers and employees' organizations as the subjects of labour law of Ukraine. It was defined the essence, peculiarities and importance of cooperation between employers and employees' organizations; studied the history of its formation and development. There were studied the stages of regulation and resolving collective labour disputes by the means of collective agreements. There were proposed some amendments to the current legislation, aimed to reform and improve the cooperation between employers and employees' organizations.
