Essay

Thesis is dedicated to the investigation of theoretical and methodical questions and practical aspects of agricultural development problems. Modern aspects and optimal ways of agricultural development increasing its productive and human potential, development of country social sphere are highlighted in the thesis. Author interpretation of the very core of agricultural development as the special means of economical relationship in the process of agricultural policy realization is suggested in it. Understanding of some theory aspects of agricultural development is expended on the basis of institutional theory aspects and on this basis some methodical approaches as for the state analyses of agricultural development and its potential in the state in accordance with aims of agricultural development are sup-plemented. Complex investigation of state potential of agricultural development is made in thesis and on its basis it is analyzed the influence of productive and social spheres and human potential and their influences on the potential of agricultural development and the content of economical relationship in a village. Great attention is paid to social problems which can influence the results of agrarian reform greatly and can discredit aims of agricultural development. Appropriate improvement of methodical approaches as for the potential of agricultural development is proved. It is suggested the concept of agricultural development strategy and its model on the basis of conceptual approaches which are based on institutional theory and develop methodology of investigation of agricultural development according to special transitional state of agrarian economy of Ukraine.
