Thesis is devoted to the features and performance of the railway in case of redistribution of traffic between the parallel rail lines with the definition of the parameters plan line. Developed a method of forming a rational scheme for parallel acquisition of railway transportation directions with the introduction of one of these high-speed passenger trains. To compare solutions to the problem of separating freight and passenger traffic used a new criterion, which is based on the application of the complex index of interaction forces track and rolling stock, which makes it possible to evaluate the wear track infrastructure on the flow of trains in long time operation of the railway. A method of rational distribution of feeds trains between parallel passages, which allows reasonably choose the best option according to several criteria simultaneously solves the problem Ukrzaliznytsya while decreasing the cost of reconstruction, trains and road maintenance.
