The thesis is devoted to the issue of modern oncology - improving the quality of life of patients with unresectable gastric cancer with spread to the esophagus through the use of bypass surgery esophagus. Developed standard phased method esophageal bypass surgery as well - special types of bypass operations: esophageal bypass and tamponade of stomach caul, esophagus bypass after operations on the stomach, esophagus bypass with dysphagia and stenosis of the source of the stomach, esophagus bypass with dysphagia and jaundice.
