First established a new effect appears unique sensitivity to the characteristics of defects depending on the conditions of diffraction scattering pattern due to it repeatedly. Disclosure of the nature of this effect and the basic mechanisms of the competition which has provided both increase by several orders of magnitude the sensitivity of diagnosing defects and will solve the problem one solution of the inverse problem of multiparameter diagnostics.
