Dissertation is devoted to elaboration of highly productive, flexible method of generation spatial metal construction, including long-measuring construction, construction with high rigidity using local laser heating. New dual-beam laser forming method is developed. This method appreciably widened possibility of laser forming process, raise manageability of it, allows producing awkward shape construction with efficient production of high thickness metal sheet. This method doesn't need expensive special equipment. Was determined that the main parameters (which are determinative for productivity, quality and cost) of laser forming process are: power of laser beam, energy distribution, focal spot size, velocity of beam movement, quantity and relative position of thermal sources, number of heating cycle. Mathematical simulation of laser forming process determines that energy distribution is effective controlling factor. To productivity improvement and quality of laser forming of sheet material, is reasonable using special horseshoe-shaped energy distribution in focal spot. And for disks - use steady heating on closed trajectory. The main regularities of laser forming process are determined. Recommendations of manufacturing application of laser forming are gained.
